A wonderful life! That’s what we all want. To be happy, peaceful, secure, fulfilled. A fantasy on a hilltop…singing and swinging right? Wrong! It’s not a fantasy that we watch on television once a year. A wonderful life is what we should all strive to realize. I use realize here, instead of achieve or attain because the truth of the matter is, well, we already have wonderful lives. It’s all a matter of whether you realize it or not. Life is a lot like the word wonderful. When you look at the actual definition of the term in the previous post, words like amazing, astonishing, astounding, awesome, and miraculous were used. (more…)

One of the first books I decided to read is this one…The Coaching Bible: The Essential Handbook by Ian McDermott & Wendy Jago. As you can tell by the name, this is supposed to be the bible of books written on Life Coaching. I am therefore, trying to find my religion
